I believe we are all far more powerful and capable than the stories we were handed.

I don't see people as broken or needing to be fixed. I see people as whole, capable, and free at their core, even when life has convinced them otherwise.

I'm a woman, a mother, a friend, a grandmother, a traveler, a coach, and a soul in constant motion. I don't define myself by one identity, because growth doesn't have edges.

Why I Coach

I coach because I experienced the power of coaching firsthand. It helped me separate my truth from other people's stories, and step into a version of myself I didn't know I was allowed to be. Once I saw what was possible, I knew I'd never return to my old way of living, and wanted to help others rise into their own freedom and potential.

Why Thrive Untamed Exists

Thrive Untamed, LLC. was born when I fully stopped living by rules that were never mine. I let go of the expectations, the boxes, and the belief that fulfillment had to look a certain way.

I became a full-time coach and I hit the open road.

Now I travel the country, small town by small town, witnessing the resilience of real people and the beauty of nature, a reminder life grows authentically without permission. That is the heart of Thrive Untamed: truth, freedom, authenticity, connection, and choosing alignment over expectation.

What Makes Me Different

I don't coach just from theory. I coach from lived experience, CORE Energy Dynamics, deep inner work and full embodiment. I've been in the trenches, more than once. I've done therapy, worked with a psychiatrist, completed multiple rounds of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), self-help, spiritual healing, and everything in between. And it was coaching, true coaching, that made the difference.

I've discovered and embraced my identity at the core.

I've assessed and rewritten the rules I live by.

And now I help others rewrite their own.

Clients describe me as honest, grounded, and deeply present. I don't judge and I don't fix. I partner with you to uncover the truth beneath fear, unworthiness, and old survival patterns.

My Legacy

I don't define legacy by bloodline. I define it by every person I help awaken, every human who decides to break a pattern, rewrite a story, and choose a life that feels like their own. Every shift, every breakthrough, every cycle that ends... that's where my legacy continues.
